直接引语变间接引语练习题（四）
"Why are you late again?" the boss asked him.
转换后：The boss asked him why he was late again.

转换后：She said that she would call me the next day.
"We saw the movie last night," they told me.
转换后：They told me that they had seen the movie the previous night.
"Im reading a book now," she said to me.
转换后：She told me that she was reading a book then.

转换后：He asked his friend if/whether he could help him with that problem.
注意：
直接引语中的第一人称（I, me, my等）在转换为间接引语时，通常变为相应的第二人称（you, your等），但如果是对听话人转述时，则可能保持不变或根据语境变化。
时态上，如果直接引语是一般现在时或一般将来时，在间接引语中常变为一般过去时或过去将来时。
时间状语和指示代词也需要相应地进行调整，如“now”变为“then”，“here”可能变为“there”等。
疑问句和祈使句转换为间接引语时，其句型和结构也会有所变化。
